After your booking
After you have placed your booking, James or one of the masseurs will contact you to confirm your appointment. Usually you will receive a text or a Whatsapp message, which will set out the appointment date, time, address, the masseur’s name and the cost of the massage. You will be asked to text back to accept the appointment.
Our masseurs will try their best to keep to the appointed time and we expect the same punctuality from you — if you are running late, or for whatever reason need to cancel, please give us a call to let us know, giving as much notice as possible. There is no penalty for cancellation, but if you do not show up and do not let us know, regrettably we may be unable to take bookings from you in the future. If you are unable to find the address, just give us a call. We are used to clients who are in London for the first time and find the public transport system baffling (in some way, we find it baffling too). James will happily give you directions.
Finally—we hope that you enjoy your massage so much that you will call us again! If you are able to leave your masseur a review here, on Google, Travel Gay or TrustPilot, both us and the masseur would really appreciate it.
If for some reason you felt that the service fell below your expectations, please let us know. Quality control is very important to us and we will contact you for more details and to discuss how we can rectify the situation.
